One of the parents recorded and posted the Merenge dance that Caleb was in for the Spanish Immersion Spring Fiesta...enjoy!!

Caleb's class, along with the other two Spanish Immersion classes, celebrated their first annual Spring Fiesta. It was a great performance. All the kids did great and the costumes were wonderful...

They performed a Caribbean Merenge style dance to the song "Ole."

He said that Claire told him she wanted to marry him during the program! Oh boy...already?! Caleb and Claire Y (there are two Claire's in the class, so she is known as Claire Y) have been special friends literally since the first day of school! We have told Caleb that he has plenty of time to find a wife...wait until he is in college before worrying about that!

It seems that quite a few girls feel the same way about Caleb after talking to several mom's after the performance tonight!

I also talked to a mom that volunteers quite a bit in class and she said that Caleb is a wonderful student and so well behaved in class. She said that he is always happy, willing to participate, very attentive and kind to his fellow classmates. That was so good to hear!
